AI Transparency Statement

Version 1.1.0 · effective 2026-09-02

ProjectDigo uses artificial intelligence to generate images, videos, and interactive roleplay text. This statement explains how, in line with EU AI Act transparency obligations (Art. 50).

Content is AI-generated

All images, videos, and story text produced by the Service are generated by AI. They may be inaccurate or unrealistic and should not be taken as depictions of real events or real people. All depicted persons are fictional adults.

How we mark AI content

  • Images carry a visible "AI" badge burned into the file, and every media response is served with a machine-readable X-Content-Generated-By: ai signal.
  • Videos are presented with an "AI-generated" indicator in the app and the same machine-readable signal; a burned-in badge on the video frames themselves is built and being rolled out.
  • Embedded provenance metadata (C2PA/XMP) is planned as a further layer; until it ships, the visible badge and the response header are the marking.

How generation works

When you write a prompt (and, for image editing, provide an image), that input is sent to our AI provider to produce a result, which we store and show back to you. See the Sub-processor list.

Training data and your content

We do not train our own AI models on your prompts or content. Our AI provider (Atlas Cloud AI Inc.) states in its published retention policy that it does not use customer content to train its models without the customer's written authorisation — which we have not given. It routes requests onward to third-party model providers (at the time of writing: OpenAI, Google, BytePlus, Alibaba Cloud, xAI); the capabilities and training of those underlying models are determined by them. See the Sub-processor list.

Limitations

AI output can be wrong, biased, or unexpected. Do not rely on it for factual, legal, medical, or other professional purposes. You are responsible for how you use the output, consistent with the Acceptable Use Policy.
