Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. Using {{APP_NAME}} means agreeing to it. Breaching it may lead to content removal, suspension, or termination, and where required, reporting to the authorities.

You must not use the Service to create, request, upload, or share:

1. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or the sexualisation of minors — in any form, real or fictional, including text, prompts, or images. This is an absolute prohibition, reported to the competent authorities. All depicted persons must be, and be clearly represented as, adults (18+).
2. Non-consensual intimate imagery or deceptive deepfakes of real, identifiable people — including sexual or defamatory depictions intended to deceive or harm.
3. Content that is illegal under applicable law, or that promotes terrorism, extreme violence, or serious harm to others.
4. Content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of others.
5. Harassment, hateful, or discriminatory content targeting people based on protected characteristics.

You must not:

6. Attempt to bypass safety, age, or content controls.
7. Probe, attack, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service, or abuse rate limits or automated access.
8. Resell or redistribute access without permission.

Adult content

Adult (18+) content is optional, off by default, and limited to lawful, consensual, adult-only material. Character and identity-reference images are created only by accounts with creator permissions, which reduces the risk of misuse against real people. Adult use must still comply with everything above.

Reporting and enforcement
