Communication is accepted in English and Dutch. This channel allows direct communication with the operator and is not solely automated. Where the Service is offered: the Service is available only in the countries we are able to serve lawfully; the current list is enforced in-product, and access from other countries is refused (HTTP 451). See the Terms of Service, §2.

Online dispute resolution (EU): the European Commission provides an ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. During the free beta no paid services are offered. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body and do not currently participate; this statement will be reviewed if and when paid services open.
