Beta Service Notice
Version 1.0.0 · effective 2026-09-01
ProjectDigo is currently offered as a beta (early-access / preview) service. The binding acknowledgment of this is part of the Terms of Service (§4); this page explains it in plain language.
1. The service is provided "as is" and "as available"
The beta is under active development. We make no guarantee of availability, uninterrupted operation, performance, error-free behaviour, or that any feature will keep working or remain available. Features may change or be removed at any time.
2. Risks you accept during the beta
During the beta the following can happen — possibly without notice:
- Downtime and outages, including the service being unavailable for an extended period.
- Temporary degradation of quality, speed, or output while we tune and scale.
- Data loss or corruption — your roleplay sessions, generated images/videos, characters, settings, or in-progress generations may be lost, reset, or become inaccessible. We may also need to reset data during the beta.
- Interrupted or failed generations, and changes to limits, models, or behaviour.
- Bugs and unexpected results, which is normal for software at this stage.
3. Keep your own copies
Do not rely on the beta as the only place you store anything important. If something matters to you, keep your own copy — Settings → My data exports everything you have. We do not promise to recover or restore lost data.
4. Tokens and payments during the beta
The beta is free. No purchases are offered and no payments are accepted. Any tokens or credits on your account are promotional: they cost nothing, have no monetary value, cannot be bought or refunded, and may be adjusted or reset as part of beta operation — including after a data reset. If paid features open later, that change will be announced and clearly priced before anything is charged.
5. Limitation of liability
Given the free beta nature of the service, our liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service §11. Nothing in this notice limits any liability that cannot be limited by law — including mandatory EU consumer-protection rights and our data-protection obligations under the GDPR.
6. This notice is in addition to the Terms
This notice supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Notice. We will tell you when the service leaves beta.
7. Feedback
