Insider Program Agreement

By accepting this agreement you join the Insider Program: an early-access group that tries features before they are released and shares feedback directly with the team. Please read it before you accept.

1. What the program is

As an insider you may get access to features, content, and builds that are still in development, and to a direct feedback channel (the Insider Hub). Participation is voluntary. You can leave at any time, and we may end your participation at any time.

2. Confidentiality

Unreleased features, builds, and any non-public information you see or are told through the program are confidential. While a feature is unreleased, please do not publicly share, post, stream, or describe it, or share screenshots, recordings, or access with anyone outside the program, unless we tell you it is public. This does not apply to information that is already public through no fault of yours, or that you are legally required to disclose.

3. Feedback

Feedback, bug reports, ideas, and suggestions you submit are given voluntarily. We may use them to operate and improve the service without restriction and without any obligation or payment to you, and you confirm you have the right to share what you submit. Do not submit anything confidential to someone else, or anything you are not free to share.

4. Experimental — provided "as is"

Insider features are experimental and provided "as is" and "as available". They may be unstable, change, or be removed at any time, and data tied to them (including sessions, generated media, characters, and settings) may be reset or lost. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from the experimental nature of the program. Nothing here limits any liability or any consumer or data-protection right that cannot be limited by law.

5. No compensation

Participation in the Insider Program is unpaid, unless separately agreed in writing.

6. Ending participation

You may leave the program at any time (declining this agreement or leaving removes your insider access). We may also end your participation or the program at any time. Ending it removes insider access but does not otherwise affect your normal account. The confidentiality obligation in section 2 continues for information you received while an insider, until that information becomes public.

7. This agreement is in addition to the Terms

This agreement supplements, and does not replace, the Terms of Service and Privacy Notice. If we materially change it, we may ask you to accept the new version to remain an insider.
